I have severe OCD, that also causes severe anxiety and moderate depression in my case. I have been taking ssri´s for 2 years now, but i don´t even remember how it feels to be happy anymore. Im always either depressed, angry or nothing.

I experienced my one and only andrelin rush 2 years ago when I had a bike accident on the road. Time felt so slow as I was rolling on the road . I had some serious bruises on my hips head leg and elbow but I didn't feel any pain or weakness and I stood back up on my own like nothing happened Soon after that when the effects of andrelin disappeared I felt so much pain and dizziness I still remember every moment of that accident. Coincidentally it was my 17th birthday that day 😅

If you already have a good mouthwash routine you won't have plaque to start with. Removing food is what a toothbrush is for, not plaque. If you have plaque its already time to address it, not just brush it. Mouthwash has to be done every 12 hours and with the good alcohol containing kind. That and anticavity floride rinse 1x a day will make a noticeable difference in plaque accumulation.

No such thing as "side" effects just effects. Saying something has side effects is just a fancy way to say there's strong associations with negative outcomes. And calling them side effects only reduces the severity of the situation. A common medical practice to sooth and calm a patient. I would say it's low-grade medical-malpractice.
